Dungeons and Doodles - The Descent
I recently wrapped up a pivotal adventure down into the secret bowels of the earth in my campaign, so here are the sketches I did for it! This adventure involved a ritual to revitalize and eldritch being down in a secret city/temple at the bottom of a pit.
Sragh the Repentant. The dagger in his heart and the purple blood are part of a dark ritual to transfer his patron's power to a new host.
The Heart of the Deep. Sragh's heart transformed into this when the party pulled the dagger out of his chest.
The Heart again, with an unhappy little adventurer for scale.
The Descent Map. This one had a very quick and dirty 3D base that I made in blender, partially using a scan of a ruin.
