Glorantha Bestiary: Elder Races
In 2016 and 2017, I had the honor of illustrating over 50 monsters for the Runequest-Glorantha Bestiary. It was a huge, fun, and very rewarding project. Copyright Chaosium Inc.
This set includes most of the main races of Glorantha.
Mostali. Gloranthan dwarves come in many different subraces, each based on a different metal, which work at different tasks.
Agimori. Plains-dwelling halfgiants.
Aldryami. Gloranthan elves.
Runner. A primitive ape version of the Aldryami.
Oaken Warrior. A Gloranthan treant that guards Aldryami forests.
Troll and Trollkin. The troll race is cursed so that most of their children are born as small, weak versions of trolls, called trollkin. The standard trolls use the poor trollkin as slaves and food.
Great Troll and Cave Troll. Two larger and more fearsome races of troll.
Wind Children. Lean, gorgeous, youthful bird people.
Giant.
Wolfrunner. Tribal werewolves.
