Medirran Troll

One of the so-called Grandchildren of Kathaki, these rangy desert trolls are considered the very lowest form of giant-kind. This one, in particular, is a mutant, having regrown its arm twice after an injury. However, this deformity gave its claws an extra die of damage when it attacked.
